Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is available to be used with any departments internal to Oxford University. The agreement details the responsibilities and expectations of the OxRSE group and the collaborating department(s) or research group(s). This document aims to ensure a clear understanding of service standards, responsibilities and support procedures.

RSE Policy template

This template is intended as a starting point for departments wishing to adopt a policy for the development and management of research software. It outlines key principles—such as sustainability, reproducibility, and openness—and provides practical guidance and a compliance checklist to help researchers, supervisors, and departments support robust software practices.

OxRSE logos

If you are collaborating with the OxRSE group, please put our logos, where appropriate, on websites, reports, and articles. Please do not modify the logos in any way, and ensure they are displayed in the correct aspect ratio.

Our logo pack contains the OxRSE logo in the following formats: eps, pdf, png, and svg. Please use the svg where possible on web content, and the eps/pdf in printable reports, e.g. LaTeX documents. Only use the png if you cannot use one of the vector formats, and use it in full resolution where possible.
